Remember how yesterday I suggested the idea of just a phrase or a few words that folks could think about and come up with their own observations, instead of me giving out observations? I'm gonna do that again. As I consider that last-ditch alternative, I also realize slowly that I'm losing steam on the daily journal thing. Thankfully, I only have a few more weeks to go; Labor Day is my cut-off, folks. Hence the name, "Cruel SUMMER."
Sometimes it's been hard to come up with anything to write, and most of the time it's almost a certainty that I'll find what I've written to be boring and inconsequential. So this "Phrase in a Daze" concept really alleviates the pressure from my shoulders. And then when I have something to say, I just say it.
